Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location was ideal, just a short walk to beautiful Poipu Beach and some great dining options, the room's lack of air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights. The pools were lovely, and we enjoyed the spacious unit with good kitchen facilities. However, the service could use some improvement, especially regarding the room service issue we faced.

Our stay at the Aston Poipu Kai had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for beach access, and we received outstanding assistance from a staff member that truly brightened our trip. My stay was quite pleasant overall, especially because of the spacious layout of the unit and the nice pool area right outside. It was convenient to have a designated parking spot, making everything hassle-free. However, I did have some problems with noise from the neighbors on the first night, and the lack of air conditioning was difficult, especially at night. Still, I appreciated the beautiful ocean view from my living room and patio.
